tk70 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the tk70 platform and use any gaming or betting service, you must be at least 21 years old. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

1.2 Single Account

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Registration Information

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full legal name (as per National ID card)
• Correct date of birth
• Current address
• Active mobile number and email address

Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure and deposited funds will not be refunded.

1.4 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk70 follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) process to ensure safe and responsible gaming. Verification may be required in the following cases:

• Before the first withdrawal
• For withdrawal requests above a specified amount
• When suspicious activity is detected on an account

2.2 Required Documents

For verification, one or more of the following documents may need to be provided:

• A clear photo of your National ID card (NID) or passport

2.3 Failure to Verify

If the verification process is not completed or the required documents are not submitted, withdrawals will be placed on hold. tk70 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal process as needed.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk70 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. A withdrawal may be delayed due to the verification process or other security checks.

3.4 Source of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your account are from entirely lawful sources and are not connected to any illegal activity. tk70 reserves the right to notify relevant authorities in the case of suspicious transactions.

3.5 Transaction Rejection

tk70 reserves the right to reject any deposit or withdrawal request in the following cases:

• Due to a technical error
• If fraud is suspected
• If account verification is incomplete
• In the event of a breach of Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If someone deposits ৳12,000, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 and the total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
• Bonus bets may not count on certain games — contact the support team for details

4.4 Promotion Changes

tk70 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the terms of any bonus or promotion at any time. Updated terms will take effect for anyone claiming a bonus after the changes are published.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

tk70 is committed to ensuring a fully fair and transparent gaming environment. All games on our platform are operated by verified game software providers, which ensures unbiased outcomes.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical software or hardware error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, the bets for that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. No winnings or rewards can be claimed due to a technical error.

5.3 Disconnection

If your internet connection drops or your browser closes during a game, the game result will be saved on the server. When you log in again, you will be able to see the result of that game.

5.4 Sports Betting

The odds and market information displayed in the sports betting section are for informational purposes only. Final betting results will be determined based on match outcomes and statistics. Please read the relevant terms carefully before placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk70 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account
• Artificial betting or collusion with the intent to gain bonus advantages
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Harassment of other players or inappropriate conduct
• Creating an account using a false identity or information

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

7.1 Closure by tk70

tk70 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• Provision of false information
• Failure to complete verification
• In accordance with a legal directive

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. The request can be made by emailing [email protected] or through live chat. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements not met before account closure will be forfeited.

7.3 Re-registration After a Ban

If tk70 permanently closes your account due to a breach of Terms, you are not entitled to re-register in the future.
